SIXX: A.M - The Heroine Diaries Soundtrack - Eleven Seven Nikki Sixx is the consummate Rockstar, sex drugs and rock n roll He has lived all of that, often to the excessive edge and almost costing him his life. His book, the Heroine Diaries, chronicles that whirlwind jaunt to the bottom of the barrel and this is the soundtrack. There is spoken word in places that adds emotion to the settings and the songs put a spike in the heart as open as they are. The music is true Nikki Sixx, often going the Motley route but not so much in most places. This is a good solid rock album no matter the message but the message is personal and the lyrics are worth getting in to as well. The art throughout the CD is a great bonus, very telling of the story you are about to get into. This is a very recommended piece. Jeffrey Easton
